Hello everyone, The California Department of Education (CDE) is monitoring the situation regarding the 2019 novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and working closely with agency partners to determine best steps to be prepared. Our priority is to diffuse the fear and reassure our communities that schools are prepared and have plans in place. Pomona leaders move to revive the city’s youth commission

Pomona’s young people will soon have a formal voice in their city government. The City Council unanimously agreed Monday, Nov. 18, to move forward with reestablishing a youth commission after it was dissolved 18 years ago.
